CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation/change of appointment.

*If you cancel an appoinment 24 hours prior to your scheduled day/time: you will receive a full refund that will be deposited back on to your credit card.

*If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled day/time: you will be subject to full fee of the treatment cost, and you will not receive a refund.

*Any missed appoitments will be subject to full fee of the treatment cost.

After your massage
After your massage therapy we want to take the time to let you know our office is all about caring for our clients’ health and wellness goals. It is important to remember that your self-care routine is very important. Your therapist would have provided you with home care instructions to follow. Please do as best as you can to follow those recommendations.

Whether it be to hydrate, do specific stretches, epsom salt baths, postural tips, hydrotherapy uses such as hot or cold applications or even to get the body moving, it is important to do it for yourself and will help you reach your goals. Pay attention to your body’s reaction to your massage as well and get sufficient rest.

Did you know Massage Therapist and client are a team? The therapist does the job that they need to do, and the client does thier homework to maintain what the therapist has achieved, even better yet to improve it! So the next time you come in to see your therapist, tell us “I did it”! We challenge you to go get your goal!

Directions
Our location is 339 Wellington Road, Suite 220. We are on the corner of Wellington and Baseline Road behind the TD Canada Trust bank in the MEDCEN building. Take the stairs or elevator to Suite 220.

AFTER HOURS ENTRANCE – After hours is 6:00pm weekdays and all day on weekends. The entrance door will be locked. Use the keypad located beside the entrance door and enter the CODE 0220. Pull the door open and make your way to our office in Suite 220.
